Performance Artist Fellow
Remote and/or On the Ground

Welcome, Performer!
This fellowship is designed for emerging performers, entertainers, dancers, musicians, spoken word artists, hosts, content personalities, and socially magnetic creatives interested in growing their confidence, creative presence, and audience connection within an international creative network.
Planting Good Seeds is building a global movement rooted in creativity, entrepreneurship, storytelling, cultural exchange, and community connection. Performance Fellows help bring energy, visibility, emotion, and human connection into the movement through performance, interaction, entertainment, and creative expression.
This is not a traditional performance residency. It is a collaborative creative experience focused on helping performers strengthen their artistic identity, communication skills, confidence, and ability to emotionally engage with people both online and in person.
You will walk away from this opportunity with:
Opportunities to collaborate with an international network of artists and creatives
Experience participating in community-based creative projects and performances
Opportunities to strengthen your confidence, audience engagement, and creative identity
Access to the PGS alumni network and future collaborations
Increased experience in storytelling, entertainment, social content, and performance-based media
Opportunities to grow your personal brand and creative visibility
This fellowship is an investment in our relationship and your access to a growing international creative network.
Phase One (Remote Onboarding | 1–2 Months)
Community-Backed Support Campaign
During onboarding, fellows begin building stronger entrepreneurial and communication skills through networking, audience-building, storytelling exercises, and collaborative relationship development.
Participants are encouraged to raise support for their learning journey while developing confidence in presenting themselves, their creative interests, and their long-term goals.
Throughout this phase, fellows receive collaborative guidance and support while preparing for deeper integration into the movement.
Phase Two: Performance, Community Engagement & Creative Collaboration
Once the on-the-ground team arrives in the Caribbean, Performance Fellows continue participating remotely or in person through creative collaboration, digital storytelling, audience engagement, and community-centered performance experiences.
Performance Fellows attend the daily 5:00 PM Sharing Circle meetings, helping process emotional experiences, creative discoveries, observations, and emerging opportunities connected to the movement.
Performance Fellows may:
Participate in performances, creative activations, workshops, and social gatherings
Collaborate with filmmakers, storytellers, sustainable artists, and content creators
Create social media content inspired by the movement and the relationships forming within it
Help transform daily footage and experiences into engaging digital storytelling
Support visibility and audience engagement connected to Planting Good Seeds
Interview fellows and community members while documenting creative experiences
Develop personal creative projects inspired by themes of culture, tourism, creativity, identity, entrepreneurship, and transformation
Help build curiosity, excitement, and emotional connection around the movement while intentionally protecting the privacy of the location
