Entrepreneurial Exploration Fellow
Remote and/or On the Ground

Welcome Entrepreneur!
This fellowship is designed for curious, entrepreneurial-minded people interested in exploring new ideas, building confidence, developing stronger communication skills, and learning how to create more freedom and opportunity in their lives.
Planting Good Seeds is building a global movement rooted in creativity, entrepreneurship, cultural exchange, storytelling, and community connection. Entrepreneurial Exploration Fellows participate in that ecosystem while exploring their own future direction, interests, strengths, and long-term goals.
This is not a traditional business incubator or startup accelerator. It is a collaborative growth experience designed for people who know they want more out of life — even if they don’t yet have everything fully figured out.
You will walk away from this opportunity with:
Greater confidence in communication, networking, and relationship-building
Exposure to entrepreneurship, creativity, storytelling, and collaborative problem-solving
Access to an international network of creatives, entrepreneurs, artists, and collaborators
Opportunities to strengthen your leadership and personal direction
Experience participating in community-centered projects and global conversations
Increased confidence navigating uncertainty, change, and new environments
Opportunities to explore your own future business ideas, creative interests, or professional goals
This fellowship is an investment in our relationship and your access to a growing international community.
Phase One (Remote Onboarding | 1–2 Months)
Community-Backed Support Campaign
During onboarding, fellows begin strengthening entrepreneurial and communication skills through collaborative preparation, networking exercises, storytelling, and relationship-building.
Participants are encouraged to raise support for their learning journey while developing confidence in presenting themselves, sharing their ideas, and rallying support behind their future goals.
Throughout this phase, fellows receive collaborative guidance and support while preparing for deeper integration into the movement.
Phase Two
Entrepreneurial Exploration, Collaboration & Community Immersion
Once the on-the-ground team arrives in the Caribbean, Entrepreneurial Exploration Fellows continue participating remotely or in person through collaborative discussions, community experiences, creative projects, observation, research, and ongoing relationship-building.
Entrepreneurial Exploration Fellows attend the daily 5:00 PM Sharing Circle meetings, helping process discoveries, ideas, observations, emotional experiences, and emerging opportunities connected to the movement.
Entrepreneurial Exploration Fellows may:
Participate in collaborative brainstorming and creative problem-solving sessions
Observe how creative projects, community initiatives, and entrepreneurial systems evolve in real time
Collaborate with artists, performers, storytellers, educators, and creatives from different backgrounds
Participate in workshops, group discussions, beach gatherings, and cultural exchange activities
Explore personal business ideas, creative interests, or future entrepreneurial paths
Document reflections, observations, and lessons learned throughout the fellowship
Help support the visibility and energy of the movement through social engagement and collaboration
Build stronger communication, adaptability, and leadership skills through real-world experiences and relationships
