I knew there had to be a better way....

You could almost say, we help people travel back in time to discover why it was they came here.

I was sitting on the top floor office of the largest pasta & rice company in the United States staring out at the vast city behind my co-workers' head. I had everything I could imagine, a comfy stable job, a luxurious apartment, but nowhere to call home.

"What could be of my life if I just left?" I thought, lost in a daydream gazing outside the beautiful floor to ceiling windows. "Who could I be?"

That is why I left. To find more and to become more.

Shortly after, I sold everything I had, quit my comfy job and bought a one way ticket to Costa Rica. I then traveled around for 4 years teaching english, it was the most fulfilling job I ever had.

In the end, as wanderers always do, I found my way to a resolution: a commitment to what I'm really meant to do and that is plant some good seeds with you.

Planting Good Seeds was born to help people water these pesky thoughts that can guide us to our authentic creative selves. 

We all have this inner wisdom calling us, guiding us to authenticity, to our human creative liberation. Sometimes that voice can be quite tormenting and confusing. But in the end it is brings us to our own truth; all humans are capable of incredible things, just like you.

We are your safe mothers nest you've been searching for. 

We are not just a volunteer abroad non-profit foundation, we are a home for you to rest, reconnect, and receive the guidance you need to return to your life with the clarity, stamina and resolution your future creation is asking of you. 

We are a home for artists in transition, educators in burn out, entrepreneurs in debt, lost lovers suffering from heartbreak.....all those who need a reset. 

We do this by helping people zoom out and then focus on inspiration, action, and belonging.

That is the part that many retreats miss: Belonging. What is that? Can you belong in places you've never seen yet? 

We don't just curate a personalized meditation retreat interwoven with indigenous intelligence, energy healing, grounded in the natural beauty of Taganga, Colombia. We also help you integrate into the local day to day happenings in a place of the world that is very much living in a different period of time.
