A
Caribbean
Way of Life

Things move slower here, and so could you.

You can move slow and still have big plans to do whatever it is you'd like to do next.

Come live slowly with us. This is your chance.

The Caribbean is drowning in plastic. Trash floats into Taganga from the city next door. The youth dream of meeting people like you to learn English but have no support. Families care about their home, but lack resources to keep it clean and green.

In Taganga, no one's an outsider when you're protecting the community. You'll be welcomed right in to this special circle of multi-generational indigenous people, empowered to take back and restore their land.

This is your opportunity to join a fellowship focused on discovering, protecting, and empowering....and it all starts with uplifting you

Uplifting You.

Our volunteers are entrepreneurs, artists, leaders, backpackers, and wanderers of all kinds. They come here looking for a reset — a chance to pause, to reconnect, and to find new direction.

What We Provide
We take care of your accommodations: housing, a stipend for food, and even pick you up from the airport. (Yes furry friends and/or kids are welcome, we can usually find a place for everyone).

Space

The majority of your time in Taganga is yours — to relax, to reset, and to connect with the spirit of Taganga, a place known for helping people find their path.

What We Ask in Return

In exchange, we’ll ask for just 10 hours a week, spread over three days. Your extra set of hands will help us:

  • Teach kids and adults English

  • Lead beach cleanups

  • Plant trees and clean streets

  • Build creative projects from beach trash

Fundraising Your Journey
To make this exchange possible, each volunteer helps raise funds that cover program costs and support local projects. We’ll guide you with tools and ideas so fundraising becomes part of the journey — inspiring friends and family to plant good seeds with you.
