Hiring Someone Who Commands a Room
Most people think there’s no money in impact.
They’re wrong.
This is a project-based opportunity, not a job.
There is ~$100K in revenue tied to this Summer project.
I’m looking for one person who can step in, get into the right classrooms (or virtual ones), deliver strong presentations, and convert interest into signups.
Life Can Really Be This Simple:
You don’t need to build anything.
You don’t need to manage a team.
You just need to:
– Get access to the right rooms
– Deliver a compelling presentation
– Get students engaged and signed up
The process:
You reach out to schools or communities.
You get invited in.
You present.
Students sign up.
You earn.
That’s it.
The opportunity:
This project has ~$100K revenue potential.
We'll negotiate your cut of that for this summer and re-negotiate as we grow.
Who this is for:
– You’re confident walking into a room and holding attention
– You can deliver a message that actually moves people
– You’re resourceful enough to open doors
– You want to be paid for outcomes, not hours
Apply:

Subject: Room Changer Application
Include:
– A short intro
– Why this caught your attention
– Any experience speaking, presenting, or leading
This is simple. But it requires presence.
If you know you can walk into a room and change it — I want to hear from you.
"Not because you took something - but because you helped protect what's already here."
This isn’t just about a project or a payout.
You are building something much bigger.
You help protect a place that hasn’t yet been taken over by mass tourism.
You help keep decision-making in the hands of the people who have lived here for generations.
This is a fishing community — families who have worked these waters for decades, passing knowledge down through generations.
Your role helps bring in the right kind of support — the kind that strengthens the community without compromising it.
And if you show up the right way, you won’t just be another outsider passing through.
You’ll be welcomed.
You’ll be respected.
You’ll have a place here.
