Planting Good Seeds is a global movement designed to help emerging founders, artists, researchers, and builders develop the skills, networks, and cultural intelligence needed to create meaningful opportunities in an increasingly connected world.
Currently we are a global team with seeds sprouting in an intentionally undisclosed town in the Caribbean. A place at risk of becoming the next major tourist destination before local communities are positioned to benefit from its growth.

As parts of the Caribbean rapidly transform under mass tourism and outside investment, we are working alongside local communities to build infrastructure rooted in creativity, ownership, environmental restoration, entrepreneurship, and cultural exchange — before others define the future for them.
From recycling systems and sustainable art spaces to bilingual education and entrepreneurial development, each initiative is designed to strengthen the local economy without sacrificing the identity of the town itself.
Our brands are expansive, interwoven with the community, and built around one core belief: people were meant to empower one another — not simply lead.

Takes place all year round and admits up to 11 new fellows every month. We consider people of all trades and backgrounds who don't just want to learn how to start their own business, they want to become one. Professionals on a mission to design a life and business model that fosters their core values and helps them live their wildest dreams.

STARTS WITH US
Before you can help us plant some good seeds, we give you a seed of your own to start. Our onboarding program coaches you 1-1 through each step; learning how to raise capital, how to recognize opportunity in what others see as trash, how to evolve and protect your vision and finally how to execute without sacrificing yourself.
You'll put what you've learned to the test by joining one of our 3 working brand teams, all focused around protecting this little coastal Caribbean town.
